Since Flagstar bought Amtrust (aka) New York Community Bank, my debit cards get locked out at least once a day, but usually an average of 10 times a week I get flagged for going to McDonald's and spending $6.79 we're going to the grocery store and buying eggs and potatoes and milk, if I order an Uber more than once a day it will shut my card down, if I try to book a hotel. It's extremely embarrassing and it's costing me a lot of money and stress. Today at 9:00 a.m. I'm going to go to my local branch and I'm going to close my business and personal accounts. The last call I just made to flag Stars customer service about 10 minutes ago was the last phone call I will ever make to them. It should be called Flag-NO-STAR Bank.
