  I wanted to ‘529’ gift my granddaughter before the end of 2025 into her account that was setup in Katy, TX. The check I sent there was lost in the mail and they told me to go to a local Edward Jones office and give them a check for deposit. So, I called this office in S. Phoenix and got a very rude response. I explained my situation and was told I needed an appointment first. I asked if I can get an appointment and she said yes. Then she told me I needed account confirmation from the Katy office before they can accept payment. So I gave her the name of the agent there and the account number. She then said we needed to arrange with them beforehand before a check can be received. I told her goodbye and ended the call. I then drove to the Edward Jones office in Tempe, near Ray and 56th Street. Upon entering the reception area, I was pleasantly greeted. After explaining my situation, I wrote a check and was out within six minutes. I got a receipt for tax purposes and a very friendly goodbye from the two ladies in the office. That brightened my day!

  Josh and Kristen are both incredible to work with! I cannot recommend them enough. The advisor I had previously talked to me like I was an idiot. Josh is so kind and down-to-earth. He truly just wants you to feel taken care of. They are both amazing at keeping you in the loop so you don’t feel in the dark about your money. Love them!! Good people!
