Never talked to ANYONE from Edelman an in their best interest sold the stock! BEWARE THEY DO NOT WORK IN YOUR BEST INTEREST..

Whomever I spoke with was guarded, skeptical, and dismissive. He informed me he would be unable to help. After I explained a few things he could have merely asked to better understand my situation, his subsequent answers were seemingly disingenuous and condescending. I have now spoken to three other financial advisors in the same capacity and have had far superior experiences with those firms. Your website looked very promising but other than the first call to direct me to the online questionnaire, the experience that followed was certainly disappointing.

The rate sheet we were given at our consultation did not show the tiered fees and the rate communicated was only about half of what we were actually charged. Upon challenging the rate, Edelman agreed to lower our rate and credit the mischarges but never did so and charged us incorrectly once again when we dropped them.
