- AAAaron2 days ago1.0Almost lost my truck over a penny mistake from this scam company. Paid off my car loan, or so I thought.. This company left a $0.01 in my account after I used the pay off account button, to make my payment. Six months goes by and I still dont have the title. They destroyed my credit score for six months because they kept a penny in my account. They also could have came and repo my car due to my account going "delinquent" over a penny. Stay far far far away from this garbage scam company, they should be shutdown for financial fraud.

If I wanted the whole bank to know what business I was transacting I would have made a sign. I leaned in and lowered my voice at one point, raised my eyebrow in another and she did not get it! I felt admonished and embarrassed. She was so loud the other teller provided her with my document from the printer and he was snarky. So disappointing, so hurtful. 😕 The young lady at the counter near the door was kind and thoughtful. She was helpful and very efficient. She professionally assisted multiple customers and takes the time to listen. She earned 5 stars!

- CTCleo TrotterOct 23, 20253.0There were two tellers available when I entered DFCU. I stood in line for almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. That acknowledgment happened when another customer entered the line. One of the tellers appeared to be on his cell phone. Being fair, this is the first time that I can recall encountering this when visiting DFCU. To blatantly ignore a waiting customer is inexcusable.
