I worked with a fantastic banker named Jamie. Not only was she welcoming and knowledgeable, she was also very thorough. I am a new member and she validated every reason that I chose to open an account with y’all! Thank you Jamie! I’ll be a customer for life!

Honestly, I would had given a 0 if I could. Not only did this company mislead me several times and the first representative I spoke too seems that was deactivated. They make it sound all good when you do Personal Loan application, and my main reason to contact then was to payoff a Auto loan, and 2 Charged off accounts. Which all the representatives I spoke to, Taylor Bustoz NMLS # 1519678, Brant Simmoms # 2745576, and April # NMLS #619838, the one I did the application denied it. I asked not only one time but repeatedly, I do not want to concent to a credit pull if you guys not able to pay off the Charged offs, the main reason to pay off loan and help credit is to pay off derogatory accounts and improve the credit. This company is so misleading the first representative seems they got deactivated , absolutely horrible experience I will never do business with this company not only did they mislead about hard pull. If they would had said, that even with a 800 credit score and good income they cant pay off some specific loans , I would had not done the credit pull. Not only did my credit got hurt but also they wasted my time. They just want to meet their goals of so many credit pulls a day so they turn into loans. They do not care about how much they hurt people , they just want to meet their metrics without caring or withholding information about the guidelines. If you cant pay charge offs , just say it from the beginning. Do not wasted peoples time and hurt their chances to get a loan somewhere else just because the employees for this company are not being throughout. And, these people have NMLS, yet they are so misleading and they all said "that as long as we get approved they can pay off the loans on the credit report "Absolutely, dissappointing.
