I came here from another credit union that I was with for many many years and I have to say it’s been the best experience ever. This credit union really makes me feel like family and like they genuinely care. I also want to say that when it comes to all of the services they offer, just wonderful! I love the cashback checking and savings. I worked with the loan officer Anthony who was AMAZING! He walked me through and explained the ins and outs about the auto loan process from beginning to end. And I got approved for it. He explained everything so well and it made it easy to understand. He was very kind and patient. Just stellar customer service. We are in the same line of work so it was great to speak to someone who actually understood because we were playing phone tag for a minute there. And Tod was just AWSOME! He helped me find the right car and was able to give me some good pointers. He broke everything down and went wayyyyyy above and beyond. He was genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I could afford and what I was comfortable with from the type of car, features, and size right down to the color. He took all the leg work out of it for me. Even brought the car to me and let me test drive it. I felt like I actually knew him forever. It just felt like a family vibe and didn’t feel like just business. I was shown so much love and not just from these two but with the credit union as a whole. I cannot say enough about it. I was able to get a car loan with ease. Again, I was with my other credit union for many years and couldn’t get as much as a credit card from them. I’m just so happy to be a member for over a year and will refer this credit union to any and everyone. I just wanna say keep up the good work and thank you, thank you, thank you.
