- KKKim KimNov 14, 20251.0Horrible customer service. Sophia is probably the most unhelpful unfriendly dry customer service personnel in banking I've ever experienced. I requested an ATM card, her response was 'you already have one'. If she looked thru my account she'd see I've NEVER uses it.... hence I don't have or never received one if one was mailed. I was looking forward to banking with AA credit union as an AA employee.... but I'll revert back to my original bank.

I switched my checking acct from a major bank to this credit union, and it’s been 6 months of frustration. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They only have 2 walk in locations and both close at 4:30. Impossible. Not open on Saturday even for a half day. The customer service on the phone is hit or miss, sometimes you get someone who is knowledgeable and sometimes not. I have to take a half day off of work to close my account because you have to got to the branch and sign paperwork, but only open until 4:30 … sigh
- MMmarlene miltonMar 21, 20211.0No 24 hrs access to your money. My account was well funded but the ATM says it was denied by the bank on a Saturday for no apparent reason. I will have to wait until Monday to access my own Monday. Weekend shot.
