I have to say that this branch has been so helpful and the Wells Fargo policies and services have made being a customer "frictionless" (no fuss, no worry) and enjoyable. I especially like setting up autopay and availability of ATM's. The staff a so helpful and friendly.

The branch manager, floor manager Olga, and 2 bankers I felt with were all perplexed on how to set up a beneficiary account for my son. The document review representative was uneducated and the branch was clueless on how to proceed with the uneducated document review team, wasting my time on 2 separate occasions. The branch on 75th and Bell rd was so helpful, I would go there instead of this branch.

I had a difficult problem to solve and they were patient. I was there over 2 hours but problem solved! Thank you so much for being so wonderful 💜 go this location on 83rd and lake pleasant not the one at happy valley and lake pleasant!
