  The Branch Mgr, Ms. Julie, is very personal and professional in each and every dealing that I and my family have had with her at this office!!! Plus, her team, lead by our family’s favorite bank teller, Michelle, always has been very helpful whilst banking for personal and our families needs…!!! (Feel led to opine: Do NOT know The Why some bank clients have had a stellar experience with Ms Julie…my family and I have stayed at this location solely because of the A to Z stellar experience with Madam Julie and all around wonderful team…!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

  I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and I will be closing all of my accounts immediately. I urge anyone considering this bank to look closely at their recent policy changes. Despite never having a single fee in two decades and always following the rules I was given when opening my accounts, Wells Fargo quietly changed those rules while I was in the middle of a cross-country move. As a result, I was charged $70 in fees. When I went in for clarification, I was told they could only reverse $10 and that they only allow one $10 reversal per account per year—something I’ve never once needed in 15 years across five accounts. All I asked was for them to make it right. Instead, they repeatedly cited “policy” and made it clear they had no interest in customer loyalty or fairness. My concern now is that Wells Fargo will continue changing policies and charging customers without proper notice. Given their history and prior lawsuits over similar issues, I now see those claims were valid. It’s extremely disappointing.

  DO NOT use the cash machine here!! I took out a rather large cash withdrawal and was shorted by $20. I immediately went in and asked them to please review the transaction and they gave me an outside 1-800 number to call because they do not service their own ATMs. Of course the 1-800 number is completely automated and I cannot speak with a representative or nor am I given the option to file a claim. Complete runaround, would not recommend this bank.

  Absolutely horrible customer service my account is being fraud for $100,000 and they told me I would need to come back in five hours as there is no one available to help. Pick any other branch, but this one
