- AAApril AOct 22, 20251.0DO NOT use the cash machine here!! I took out a rather large cash withdrawal and was shorted by $20. I immediately went in and asked them to please review the transaction and they gave me an outside 1-800 number to call because they do not service their own ATMs. Of course the 1-800 number is completely automated and I cannot speak with a representative or nor am I given the option to file a claim. Complete runaround, would not recommend this bank.

Told me I couldn’t open a certain account because I didn’t have the “right documentation” but went to another wells Fargo and what do you know? They were able to help me and were way more compassionate. I would avoid this bank if you need any kind of help with your account.

- MPMike ProudfitJun 29, 20221.0Bad service when you walk in at 10 am, there are zero customers in the back, 4 tellers behind the counter and two at the front entry desk and I just need to have one signature notarized and they say “I can set you up an appointment but we don’t have anything available right now”, it would have taken literally less than 5 min. Bottom line, they didn’t want to accommodate, that kind of service bothers me.
