- GGGarry GongOct 22, 20252.0We closed our account due to the lack of professionalism and communication from Aidee. Everyone else we encountered at other branches afterwards were kind and professional, but when the first contact with the bank is Aidee, it left us with a poor impression of the bank. Our business bank account took almost 2 weeks to be created and we had to initiate all communication and constantly refresh our portal to see if we needed to upload new documents. Since then we moved to a different bank and the account was made in 1 hour.

We had to go through a screening process, not sure if this is the protocol for everyone who wants to open a business account here??? but still "waiting" on a "approval" to open our business account that we "applied" for. Never heard of waiting 3 days plus to open a business account. Unless the no reply is just a nice way of say "we don't want your business here"?
