I worked with Jaclyn over the phone in the loan department to get my loan. And she referred me to Tod Hale who called me right away and helped me find the perfect vehicle. He met me at the dealer for the test drive and even delivered it directly to my house. Who knew car buying would be this easy. He took the stress and anxiety about purchasing a vehicle away. Tod did all the work and all I had to do was sign the papers. I would highly recommend him and this program to anyone looking to buy a car.

I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo client for 12 years, but closed out my account with them and switched over to copper state when my favorite Wells Fargo teller Elizabeth moved to copper state. A few other members of my family have done the same. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the service I’ve been provided (although I knew Elizabeth would make sure our needs were met) at copper state, I feel valued and appreciated, like I wasn’t just one of a million faceless account holders. It’s something I haven’t experienced at any other financial institutions.
