- DDDBJun 13, 20182.0The tellers are far more helpful than the personal bankers. I've had an ongoing access issue with a business account to which I am a signer. My personal banker supposedly granted me access to the account when I went into the branch. However, when I next logged on the accounts were not visible. Been into the branch 2x, missing work, was told to come in again or he would get someone on the line with me. I waited and when the line was picked up he'd left the call - just transferred me w/out telling me. Plus, the number he transferred me to was the wrong department. Just useless. And so annoying. This is the second personal banker who's done this. Just passed us off/moved us off their 'to do' pile. Certainly don't get the 'personal' feel at all WF.
