- JPJim PowellMar 13, 20231.0My mother-in-law was using Peggy Klein for her IRA and Trust Fund investment strategy. We repeatedly expressed that we did not want a risky portfolio. My mother-in-law lost a significant amount of her retirement through this firm. And to top that, they charge $2700 a year to do virtually nothing but watch my mother-in-laws retirement income slowly disappear. And to even top that, they are charging us $95 per account when we close the account while transferring the funds to Fidelity. I am not done with Edward Jones yet. I will be having the AZ Attorney General review their practices including charging $95 to close an account. Stay away from Edward Jones! And especially this so called advisor.

I found that she was much more responsive and professional than my other advisors, so I transferred all of my resources to her, approx. 2 years ago, Couldn't be happier! Never pressures me but contacts me frequently and is always responsive when I contact her. Wish I had of started using her earlier!
