- JBJeffrey A BlairDec 8, 20224.0Everyone is very friendly and professional, however the bank is small and there are usually a lot of people waiting in line to speak with the tellers. Additionally, the parking lot is also very small and you will have to park somewhere else. The ATM's outside however, make up for the difference, because they allow you to withdraw as much as $1000 in cash at a time. So you don't need to wait in line to withdraw anything $1000 or under.

The 3 times i have been here there was cockroaches, i can never get help, and they have little regard for protection against the corona virus so i would definitely recommend any other bank than this one for your banking needs, not only for the safety of yourself but also for the safety of others.

On a payday Friday they only had 2 tellers and the line moved relativey quickly. I was here for a notary and was advised the wait would be about 30 minutes and I was ok with that. Although the wait was closer to an hour that was not an issue. The problem is that they do not offer a public restroom. The closest one is McDonalds just a minute or two walk away. So do I risk missing my appointment to go to the bathroom. So I chose to miss my appointment. When I got back luckily my spot was still available. Lucked out I guess.
