- RARamona AdamsDec 23, 20255.0I've been banking with them since 1998 and a couple of weeks ago they terminated my account because a couple of online businesses kept charging my account for unauthorized recurring payments. When I reported it to the fraud department at Wells Fargo they made a decision to terminate my account. Why they couldn't work with me is beyond me. They said I was a security risk for them. I think that's pretty doggone wrong. I also have two legit jobs that were sending my paychecks via direct deposit to them and of course when they terminated my account they also declined my direct deposits. They could have worked with me but didn't. I feel like I've been disrespected as a customer since 1998 so I'm giving them a one-star out of five.

- ZZZachAug 5, 20251.0Very rude staff! Ordered a box of half dollars at this branch. They said it would take a week to a week and a half. 3 weeks later I finally got a call the box arrived. I showed up in a couple hours and I was told they didnt have any boxes of halves. I mentioned I ordered a box and the teller grabbed someone else (supervisor?). The supervisor said all they have are hand-rolled half dollars. Again I mentioned I ordered a box and was called to tell me it arrived. They went to the back and came out with a box. I asked if the box was sealed and the [supervisor] said it didnt matter if the box was sealed, they all come from the same place and are recycled from what other customers bring in, so I wouldn't find anything (she knew what I was doing). The teller then proceeded to tell me that this was the last box and they would not be getting any more, and kept emphasizing this was "the last". Very rude staff, and it seemed they were trying to discourage me from ordering from this branch again. Well they got their wish as I won't be heading here any longer!

They always take the time to explain and provide us with excellent customer service. We could not be happier to deal with this bank during a pandemic and guiding us through retirement investments!
