- BEBrittany EckerSep 14, 20221.0Went inside to make a withdrawal. It was over 5k so I presented my ID and filled out a withdrawal slip. The teller gave me back my ID and told me she needed to get the manager. When she walked over, the manager began to whisper to the teller covering her mouth so I couldn’t hear or see what they were speaking about. The manager walked away. I was then asked for my ID a second time and the last 4 numbers of my social security number. The teller then entered more information into the computer and told me she needed to get the manager again. Once the manager came back over they once again started whispering. All in all it took nearly 15 minutes to make a withdrawal. I felt like a criminal that was trying to steal from the bank. I clearly had ID, the money was in my account. I’ve been banking at WF for over 20 years. I never want to go back to that branch again.
