Amber, the branch manager, provided support and service well beyond what I ever expected from a bank. I had been struggling for days with shifting requirements and confusion at other branches, but Amber quickly brought clarity, organisation, and genuine compassion to a very stressful situation. Her knowledge, empathy, and ability to anticipate needs were remarkable. She made an overwhelming process smooth and manageable, and her leadership was evident in the way she supported both myself, and her team. This branch is truly exceptional because of Amber’s leadership & unwavering dedication to her customers. I can wholly recommend this branch for their quality of customer care, and exceptional financial service.

Today while running errands, I stopped to grab some cash at this location & asked to use the restroom as I’m recovering from a kidney infection. I was told no. Not “I’m sorry No” but “No” before she walked away from me. This was an extenuating circumstance & this location used to have public restrooms. It’s time to go credit union.
