- BBBradFeb 22, 20182.0Tried to make a withdrawal from my IRA at this branch, which is something I’ve done at others very quickly and easily. I understand this isn’t a very common thing, so I try to cut them some slack. But I’ve done it before, and only a few weeks prior. I go in and try to get this done, the teller gets a manager over, who in turn hands me off to a banker, who then wants to call brokerage services again for who knows what. I’m not sure if it’s this branch, or if Wells Fargo is just terrible at communicating the procedures for something like this, but it’s super frustrating. I will go back to the branch that’s farther away from me who will at least not waste my time.
