- AAAprilSep 26, 20255.0I have to say as a customer of Wells Fargo for nearly 27 years, I have never in my life been so hurt to hear they closed my accounts with no explanation. So in hindsight I reopened so I could get direct deposit wires from my employer. When arriving to the bank I learned the new account was closing as well. In order to access my funds the branch manager Aaron Jaime made a call to wells customer support and they instructed him on what to do. He followed instructions that were completely wrong leaving me three days in stress and access to no funds. I came back in the branch and Aaron sat with me and took reconciling to be able to reopen on bank error code so I could access my funds. Aaron made me feel so validated and warranted in my frustrations. I really wish Wells Fargo knew the customer they just lost but Arron and his team have been amazing
- GCGPL CompaniesAug 13, 20251.0Absolute incompetence and we experienced the worst operations manager who gave her card, she said her name was Jaime. I have attached the Wells Fargo branch manager card and vice president card she gave us and we were in shock because she was absolutely 100% horrible with service and she didn't have any ability to answer general or high level business banking questions. Would we trust bringing my business banking here? Absolutely not. This experience was awful. Wells Fargo is being run by young people who have fancy card titles but absolutely no real understanding of business owners or professional banking or business banking customers. I honestly left this location disgusted by the entire experience. They were so incompetent.

I called back and got a recorded message. Valued clients are not appreciated at this branch. Best of luck. Not a problem, I'll just move my accounts to Chase Bank.
