- JSJ SAug 9, 20251.0I went in for a notary stamp on some documents today and was refused because I didn't have an appointment. The banker was not busy and had no appointments at that time but refused to do this service without an appointment. Since I needed it done that day they referred me across the street to UPS where I had to pay for a service that my personal bank should have provided. Very disappointed a bank I've been with for 20 years couldn't help me the only time I needed it. I'll be moving my accounts.
