Was told we needed a personal banker and it should b about 10 minutes since we did not have an appointment. 20 minutes later we were told the person with a appointment had not shown up yet so they were going to wait for a bit yet and then would take us. Left! Had we been told it was going to b that long we would not have stayed. Did not appear to b busy.
