- BAbrett allenDec 12, 20251.0Never been treated so badly. I needed to wire my own money to my own joint acct and they gave me the third degree. Treated me like I was a senile old man, even asking about my almost year long relationship with my fiancee. Then the next day they call to deny the wire so had to scrabble to arrange $ for the close on our new home. Nothing but hassles and completely discriminated for being in my upper 60's. Closing my accounts to move elsewhere.

I cant even believe how I was treated from the start by this crazy lady! ZERO professionalism and this needs to be looked into on a serious level and not stating your concerned. She has no customer at all not professional not nice on any level. This is not how anyone should be treated and I HOPE something is done about this because her behavior was completely unacceptable! This should NEVER be tolerated!
