Walked past three employees and a manager . Not one of them looked at me and not one of them greeted me . Besides the security implications, it does give an unwelcoming feeling . Time to go elsewhere

My employer paid me with a national Bank of Arizona check which I have found out is as good as kicked in the nuts. I tried to cash it they required to forms of ID that's fine driver's license show social security card, let's cash it. Oh I'm sorry you need a utility bill not a social security card a utility bill thats the acceptable form of secondary identification. Good thing it's 4:30 on a Friday. I guess what I'm saying is your bank sucks and whoever is up there in the think tank is absolutely blowing it. Absolutely blowing it, don't bank here

I don't have an account at this bank. I was considering it, but after today, I'm not so sure. I am a self-employed Real Estate Agent. I walked into this branch hoping to cash in a check. I actually had 3 checks that were drawn out of this bank. It was 4:50 PM. I worked at a bank when I was young. I get that no one likes the last-minute customers, specially when they're not your clients. However, my transaction would have been fast and easy. So, when I walked in, there were 2 male bankers at a desk, and a female teller, I think her name was "Kailey." She looked extremely young to be the face of a multi-million dollar business, and her attitude and demeanor proved to me she has NO business working at a bank.
None of these 3 people greeted me ever. I stood in line for a good 2 minutes while she worked, or pretended to work on something.
When I walked off to grab a pamphlet, she quickly asserted "I can help you here" Still, no HELLO, no SORRY FOR THE WAIT.
I said "I'd like to cash a check please." To which she promptly replied "I need 2 forms of ID and there is an $8 charge". Still NO eye-contact, by the way. Fine.
I had 3 checks amounting a sizeable amount; so I asked, "what kind of accounts do you guys have here?" I was sincerely interested. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ME, she replied this verbatim "WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU TODAY, AND WE DON'T OPEN ACCOUNTS JUST SO YOU CAN CASH YOUR CHECKS..."
Usually I would have given her a piece of my mind for being so rude and unprofessional, but I was in a hurry, so I just left.
I'm Hispanic, and I rarely play the race card, but in reading that previous review from The Hooligans, they might be right.
I think if I was a white person, I might have been treated differently.
I hope a GM, Regional VP, share holder, or someone that actually cares about this bank's reputation reads these reviews. These are the KIDS you have running your business. I would seriously consider making some changes or your going to lose a lot of business.
