So I physically had to go into the branch to settle the check. Besides treating me like a criminal they charged me to cash the check because I’m not an account holder! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They’re smug and completely unaccountable. Fortunately, I will NEVER be an account holder.

The manager, the personal bankers, the wonderful tellers ( client service's associates ) are the best. Everyone is very professional and yet so personal and caring. I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and everyone knows my name. It is the best experience in banking anyone could ask for. If this isn't the same at your bank it's time to make a change. Go in for a visit, I'm sure they will impress you as well.
