- MSMarlen SolisOct 13, 20255.0I been banking here for years and I love it!❤️ As a homeowner and small business owner i will tell you that this is the best bank for business owners in general, their interests rates are the best, compared to other banks , they have saved me a lot of money in fees and the staff is the best very nice and professional, if i ever have an issue they always helped me resolved it as quickly as possible, one time i had an issue with their ATM machine; it took my money but I called the support line right away and refunded it me the money , same or next day! Thats why i dont understand the low ratings. . Sometimes I also go to the one on Gilbert and Baseline, and is the same the People are Amazing there too. Thank you Dessert financial and Team❤️

Jovita was extremely patient and very helpful explaining to me so that I could make sure my mom understood it. It required extra paperwork and lots of signatures but there was no rush to get us out of there. Jovita's main concern was that we understood what was going on and that everything was correct.
