He was so courteous and helpful with me. I'm not technically smart lol! But he took time to help me and make sure I understood the web site. Kez made me visit very pleasant experience. He is an employee any business is lucky to have!!!!!

On Saturday 10-11-25 I came into the bank inside a Walmart location in Mesa Az. I was having an issue with receiving verification code text messages after purchasing a new mobile phone the day before. These issues began as I was trying to set up autopay for my new cellular company. I had never had issues before. While I was able to receive calls and text messages I was not able to receive messages that could provide me security verification codes. Gabby helped me for over an hour last Saturday. She offered assistance in problem solving, reinstalling the DFCU app on my phone and numerous other strategies. I eventually was able to resolve the issue with my new cell phone carrier. I really wanted to reach out and have Gabrielle recognized for her patience and professionalism!! She was amazing! Thank you and I’m extremely grateful Paul
