- ASAndy SimmonsMay 15, 20235.0Let me start by saying Holly P. is amazing! I have banked at all of the big banks, and they all are exceptionally terrible. Long lines, some worthless greeter asking how I'm doing today, when that person should be behind the counter instead of wasting their breath trying to make small talki with the 20-30 people in line waiting. If you have banked at the big banks you know, never a banker present, always need an appointment, never have an answer, endless runaround. But BOK and Holly bring back the old time feel that the customer is actually important, not just one a millions of other insignificant depositors. Thanks Holly for always treating me like I have Billions of dollars in your bank even if my balance is only a few thousand!

They won't release your funds like they say, you literally have to call every time you deposit a check just to get your funds released, and because there automated system is so slow it'll end up causing your account to have posted and pending amount issues, and they literally try to give every excuse there is to imply that it's a user error or system issue that isn't fixable by them. The minute I don't have to bank with this bank I'm expediently closing the account!!!

Once upon a time if had any issue with my account they would email me or mail a card to me, but not anymore. Since they changed their name the app doesn't work, there's no tech support, and secret charges and account closures are allowable. They've turned into a SCAM BANK. Do not do business with BOK! Consider yourselves warned.
