- SFSusan FitzsimmonsJun 17, 20221.0My husband withdrew $500 from the atm on dobson and mesa riverview. He never got his money because the atm door did not open. He went into the branch. He of course was upset not everyone was rude but the manager Holly Pennington was the worst! I called customer service and spoke with Matt and he was the best! The definition of customer service is having the ability to calm a customer down in situations like this. Also being able to relate and having compassion. You could tell she had a rougher personality and was a loud person but that doesn't matter. You need to have that customer service! I did my own dispute but that could take days. She said the atm 3rd party person will come whenever they come and they put in a request to come out. I haven't heard anything yet. Well my son was at the bank and went to work right after at Jersey Mike's. He said the manager Holly came in to get food . He said she saw him and said nothing and left very fast! Please go to a different branch if you bank here! Money is too important to loose!
