Adriana was very helpful and was able to sort everything out for me in a fraction of the time that I've been on the phone. So thankful for her that I was able to finally get this issue resolved

I waited in line for 45 minutes because drive-through was closed only one atm open. This is unacceptable to run a bank. Apparently, short staff but this branch manager doesn't stop to think to hire staff that's reliable because customers are inconvenient, not employees. If I could, I would give a negative score.
