- TBTC BrownMay 31, 20255.0Went into setup new account after a fraud situation. Online and phone contacts indicated we had to go into a branch to complete. That was not exactly true. We did receive the customer service and professional support that I had hoped for online or via phone, but it was at the branch. D.J. and the rest of the team were awesome. D.J. made the experience pleasant and painless. Wells Fargo should be proud of this branch and team. My elderly mother was treated with the utmost care and respect. Appreciate you all! Took care of the mess incredibly well! Could not ask for more.
