- CHC HNov 17, 20251.0We walk in to the Kingman Az branch to open an account. They have 5 or 6 employees doing nothing and 4 people doing business. They told us it would be either a 2 hour wait or we could make an appointment to come back in 2 weeks. What kind of bank turns people away like that? Guess Wells Fargo has more money than they need. Dont waist your time!

Like any banking relationship that has been that long, there has been ups and downs but the ups have far outnumbered the downs. I like the fact that they give a 24hr grace period when overdrawn and they helped me through some bad times. I know they have been in the news for some of their past practices but I have been happy with how they treated me. The Kingman branch has never given me any issues and have been fast and courteous.
