- SKsum kidOct 15, 20251.0They mess up everything they touch. Then they try to blame you, the customer every time they drop the ball. I got a vehicle loan through them and they accepted a voided title from the dealer making it impossible for me to register the vehicle, they work very closely with this dealer and it seems to be very shady their relationship. They also randomly lost one of my payments that was withdrawn automatically from my account at the same time every month 10 days in advance of payment date and sent my account into collections. This was after 10 months never missing a payment always paying on time at the exact same time. I am a busy person I work and I have good credit and this is an extremely stressful situation to deal with both of these situations forced me to miss work and spend hours on the phone as well as writing legal demand letters Just to get this bank to cooperate with me. I would highly recommend you stay away from this bank and I would not doubt if they end up under investigation in the near future for criminal misconduct.
