- CSCheryl SchultzOct 8, 20241.0as someone who has experienced an online fraud losing 15K I have been amazed at the lack of customer service and help regarding my questions and lack of answers and hope to be able to actually be able to make an appointment to go over the actual events and hopefully negotiate the terms for the interest rate for repaying the fraudulent deposit and withdrawal of funds from my online banking to discuss the incident and how the funds were transferred and then claimed as 2 claims rather than just one. .It had been a nightmare experience and the lack of empathy and service appalling. . .
