  Never in my life have I been treated with the service I received today. I arrived at 2:00pm to get a replacement cashier check. Waited in the teller line for 30 minutes get to the window and the lady is not sure what to do so she has me sit to wait for a banker. As im sitting 30 minutes pass before anyone acknowledges me. A lady with a iPad puts my name down as a walk in. I proceed to wait over 2 hours, during this 2 hours I asked to witness another customers transfer of documents. I then sit back down, more time past and another lady walks up asking if I've been helped. This is the 3rd person to ask, all 3 said "i have an appointment if they dont show up ill help you". I hoped that I would get help. No one helped me. I waited for over 2.5 hours to see a banker for a simple cashiers check replacement, during that 2.5 hours i was ignored, told lies that I would helped and taken care of and even asked to help another banker while I WAS waiting. This has resulted me in canceling my wells Fargo account and leaving a horrible taste in my mouth about your company. Learn how to help guests in a timely manner and not leave them in limbo for over 2 hours. I had the option to make an appointment at 4pm but the lady with an iPad never mentioned that but she put a different customer in that slot who I saw get helped even though I was there over an hour before them. I will never use this company again.

  My CD matured and it was a simple process to close and transfer the funds. Brandon was great. Took less than 10 minutes. Saved me a trip there.

  All of the tellers and management are very kind. Only issue (that is out of their control) is the company needs to pay people better so that there are more than 2 employees handling a very long line. Again, the employees are very nice and are doing as good as a job as they can. However, management or corporate needs to solve their manning issues.

  Customer lines are to long every time I go to this branch because, this is the only wells Fargo in the litchfield park and goodyear area. Need to open another branch in the area!
