- JAJacinta A.Dec 23, 20251.0Wasted my gas, time, and energy....going to the Goodyear location on December 23rd and asked for 2 new $50 bills. The agent said, they were all out of $50 bills due to it being Christmas. Since Christmas comes around every year at the exact same time I'm not sure why they are so unprepared. It makes no sense and they are not even considerate enough to put a sign out so that people are not wasting their time standing in a long line for 10-15 minutes only not to get the service they need. The branch manager was as useless as the agent (offering to contact another branch, but then walking off). This is a bank/credit union....they need to do better. Smh

- KMKarina MunozNov 3, 20251.0I went into the Goodyear Branch, and was attended by Gabriel (teller) and he was very unprofessional, had an attitude since the start, has zero customer service experience. I noticed the attitude since I was in line waiting but thought it was the customer just having a hard time until I was attended by him. I greeted him politely and received attitude. Every question I had regarding my account he would make a face and answer me with a tone of voice made it seem like he was upset or just hates his job! Make sure when you visit this branch you get attended by someone else so Gabriel won’t ruin your day!
