This Wells Fargo by 75th Ave is the absolute worst. Me and my family were there on December 30th just to add a secondary signer. It’s not a lengthy task. I know, I’ve worked at a Wells Fargo before I used to do it everyday. As soon as we walk in, the way your greeted is by “do you have an appointment!” We didn’t and we thought a walk-in should be fine. I told the teller that this is a ridiculous policy and I’m going to wait. The licensed banker or manger comes out and repeats what the teller said and that I could be waiting over an hour. I asked why can’t I be seen in between appointments? She responded that the bankers have to wait. Well, If your client is late for their appointment then you could squeeze me in. They didn’t, and the whole wait time they walked by us between the teller line, the printer and not even acknowledging me again. Not even to say hey 15 mins more wait time etc. they are all very very rude.

TAKING MY 7-FIGURES AND FINDING ANOTHER BANK!! Every time I enter a branch, no matter which one it is they WASTE my time. Went in today at 2:45 to have a document notarized. I put my name on the list and waited, along with 1 other customer. Within a minute someone came out from the cubes and said they're not going to be able to help me today. I looked at her and and looked around and there was no-one else in the entire branch!!! She pointed to the other woman and said that this woman was in front of me and I asked if I could wait until she's done and the clerk said it's going to take an hour and a half! You should've seen the look on this other woman's face. It was like someone just throat-punched her. She said, "an hour and a half? I just have one simple thing." She was floored. The only thing Wells Fargo does consistently is waste my time! The level of customer service at Wells Fargo is NON-EXISTENT!! Take your money someplace else where they appreciate your business. Don't let WF waste your time, too!!

I just put $250 000 in CDs . I was never told that I will be charged for not having money in my account, also I was told that I can take my money whenever and pay maybe $80 in fees. Guess what. It's over 3 thousand dollars. I'll wait till the end of my CDs and take money anywhere but there. It was the brunette, Mexican lady I the first office. Hopefully you get fired bc you lied to me. Different bankers were in shock by what you told me.

I called and made an appointment ahead of time Nune was who I spoke with and she was super helpful answering all my concerns with great customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the manager who was super kind. Gabriel was my banker. The branch manager, floor manager and banker were amazing. Customer service and knowledge for this branch is a 10! They were able to help me set up an account that another branch was unable to do.
