I was never told that I will be charged for not having money in my account, also I was told that I can take my money whenever and pay maybe $80 in fees. Guess what. It's over 3 thousand dollars. I'll wait till the end of my CDs and take money anywhere but there. It was the brunette, Mexican lady I the first office. Hopefully you get fired bc you lied to me. Different bankers were in shock by what you told me.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the manager who was super kind. Gabriel was my banker. The branch manager, floor manager and banker were amazing. Customer service and knowledge for this branch is a 10! They were able to help me set up an account that another branch was unable to do.

Second, I tried to get help for something that had a deadline weeks in advance. This branch couldn't help me at all. Nune acted like it was her first day on the job. I don't know how anyone can trust this bank and how the operate. Never again.
