The teller didn’t want to open my foreign currency which is fine if she actually can’t but they only reason I asked was because the first time I was offered the option of opening it myself and the teller gave me scissors. The second time it was a man and he didn’t want to give me the scissors but he opened it for me. This third time the woman was annoyed I asked and just said she couldn’t. I’m still counting before I leave. She also threw my id back at me before I was done counting. I don’t understand why it’s necessary to be so rude. Without customers banking there would you have a job ? Also this wouldn’t be such an issue if it wasn’t so difficult to open the envelope in the first place.

Others are just chatting, smiling, having a good time. WHILE WE ARE STANDING HERE FOR 25 MIN... and it's every time. Just don't care.

Manager lopez offered no resolution but was rather very rude. (Long story) I went to wells fargo in Sun City were I was treated with respect. I will be following a further complaint with BBB on the 91st ave and Glendale branch. If you need a business account, I DO NOT recommend.
