But couldn’t hear well and didn’t seem to understand that his debit card was closed. He even said “it’s closed” and her response was “yeah you wouldn’t know” As a previous Wells team member , instead of yelling at him, I would have had sit him down with a banker! The eye rolling and the “I hate my job “ look on her face is absolutely disgusting as you can see!!!! Why do you have people working here like this! I will never come here again! I love Wellsfargo as a bank but this whole customer service that you guys claim is trash because I don’t see it!
