Jaclyn Marquez was my Consumer Loan Specialist, the application process was seamless and it was approved the next day, she was very helpful. The service used to be great, but starting with the migration to the new banking system, I find that I am having both issues with the online banking as well as poor customer experience trying to use customer support. Very long response times to typed messages and also long delays to actual phone attempts to talk to a service rep. I’ve had transfer requests to one of my external (another credit union) blocked and very long delays in getting security code sent to my phone for verification of a transaction request. The customer service responses to these events were totally inadequate. I’m going to use other resources in the future that don’t involve transactions from my Copper State accounts. Also going to keep paper records of my account balances for my own security.
- AMAndrea MurphyDec 9, 20221.0The worst bank ever. I love deer valley credit union - then copper state took over… They encourage using “Penny” and their automated services. To activate your card you have to use their automated service. After entering al your info the service prompts that they will get someone to help you. Then it hangs up on you! This happened to me all 3 times I had to activate a card. Every time you call the bank for help, expect to be on hold for at least 20 mins. That is the fasted response time I have ever gotten. Their hours are not feasible for people who work a normal shift job. I can’t switch banks fast enough
