The 5 star rating shown is for Andrew Daniel, who was immensely patient and attentive as I described the situation that required his assistance. He not only grasped the heart of the problem, he cared enough to take ownership of it as if it were his situation. He made the necessary phone calls, orchestrated the necessary corrective actions and left me satisfied with the end result. He is the reason that I may remain a customer of this bank.

I usually just do withdrawals through the drive because one of my almost non verbal son likes to try and interact with the "glass people" who give out treats. Sometimes the tellers are amazing , others im just another person in their day, and i get it i do. This past Saturday the 23rd. I was waiting behind a car in the drive up and my other special needs son yelled he had to go to the bathroom..hes non verbal..so when he says bathroom he has to go. I pull us out of line rush him inside. Frustrating my other son who cried because he thought we were leaving his friends the glass people. To be told there is no bathroom. I have to take him to walgreens. Seriously.. If someone is working with you guys on a big account and they had an urgent use to use the restroom, would you make them rush over to walgreens in the middle of it? What horrible service. My son barely made it to the restroom at Walgreens. He did mess himself a bit. Thanks, we've worked so hard on potty training..for him to be feeling embarrassed..because i had to take him two places promising him wed make it.. We came back around to do the withdrawal for my son and his "glass people" who give treats.. Considering changing banks at this point..
