- BABryan Ax6 days ago5.0First things first, Sasi saved you a customer. She deserves a raise. I was looking to do a foreign currency exchange and the web banking wasn't letting me use the proper account. When I called the customer service line, their advice was to wait. 24 hours later the issue still wasn't resolved and the currency rate was getting worse. Went into the branch expecting to be told the same thing and just closing the accounts because I don't need a bank that can't keep up. Sasi was having the same issues but found a solution and the currency was ordered. Left far happier than I came in.
