- F8Frisco 85132May 28, 20251.0Once again, I lowered my expectations for Wells Fargo, and once again they didn't reach them. The drive thru is now gone, which is the single biggest reason why I chose Wells Fargo is because of the availability of a drive thru at the Anthem location, customer service seems to have disappeared as well. It's really sad that they use the fact that they're the only stand alone bank in the area so that mediocrity is acceptable.

Curtis in perticular has been so helpful whenever I gave babking questions. I saw a comment below regarding Samantha and I'm shocked since she has always been extremely polite and friendly. When you walk in they say hello, offer water and half the time there is a guy opening the door for whoever comes in. I think they are great and wish Canadian banks were as professional at this branch.
