- SDSara DiazOct 28, 20255.0Although the line is sometimes slow moving, the tellers that are there are always patient, kind and quick to get done what you came in for. I do want to leave a big shout out to Savina (I believe that is how you spell her name.) she handles herself with such grace and patience! Every time she is my teller, she is friendly and fast and you can tell she cares about what she does. She deserves a raise! It's not often you come across people like her in customer service anymore so I sure hope she is valued by her team!

The staff, including management, appear unprepared and disconnected from their customers’ needs. Communication is consistently poor, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Regrettably, I cannot identify a single positive aspect of my interactions with this bank.
