- MBMichael BOct 25, 20254.0I went into here today for an appointment. The call center gave me one time. That was later in the day today. When I seen the text reminder that was sent to my spam folder. It said my appointment was at 9 am. I seen this at 9:45 am & went right to the bank. The staff here has not been too helpful at all. I am really wondering. If i should even come back to Wells Fargo. So now the only thing i can do is go to a different bank or, sit here until they close for the day. I am a small business owner and needed. To open a business checking account. I am really short on time. I also have money sitting with a vender. That needed to be moved to my account. If this was my fault i would have no problem reschedule. This whole thing is not the best practice of business. I can see clearly why their customer Rating on Google is so low. This Branch is way worse. Than the branches, I am used to dealing with. They do not make you feel like a valued member or, potential new one. Danita is who helped today. I an more than happy to give them a second chance but this does not seem likely today. After all of this and waiting for almost 2 hours. They were able to help me open my account. All of this should not be this hard at all! I do really appreciate the banker helping me. He really saved the day.
