I booked another appointment online with same branch as it is nearest to my home. I was told the person I have appointment with is on vacation for the week. What a joke. I was told both times that they do not have that kind of money off hand and that I would need to phone ahead and all I was purchasing was a used car under 6k. It took over a week to get my debit card also. God forbid you should lose yours and need to go into the bank and see a teller. It took me an hour and a half to even register for a new account because of frozen computer issues. I definitely recommend you think this bank over because I regret ever putting my money into an account with them.
