- LBL BiaMar 5, 20211.0Horrible! Do not see banker Vernell . Rude & impolite. Lead Teller was trying to help nicely but Vernell felt she was in charge. I've always raved about Chinle Wells Fargo but my experience today was like East Farmington, NM. On top of that elderly customer using ATM outside had issues with her transaction she mustered up her very few known english words to tell the Teller her situation. I did ask for a Navajo speaking representative for her and all I got was Yes. But no help for elderly person thereafter. She needed cash from machine and was told We are Closed come back tomorrow. Ugh! Be careful using ATM machines and watch out for power outages. It'll swallow your card!! And you will have to call the 800#.
