- ABAlly BOct 1, 20205.0In all of my years banking with Wells Fargo, I have not had as nice of a banker as Juan. Juan was helpful, kind, and empathetic. He promptly assisted me and made me feel heard and understood. Juan treated me professionally and respectfully, and without judgment. I walked out of the bank almost in tears because of his kindness and assistance. What might have seemed like the resolution of a small issue to Juan--and most individuals--was huge for me. Thank you, Juan.

You see the pictures of people in wagon trains and you just want to hop along and ride on the trail with them. You feel like you are in a John Wayne movie when you go here.
