My guess is they can’t keep employees for very long. My only hope is that they get a new batch in soon. Or I’m just going to switch banks. 0/10 over the last 12 months.

I sent a preservation of evidence letter to the branch to keep in archive till we got the subpoena. They never processed the order, and the footage was deleted. They couldn't do one simple thing to help someone in need. Even talked to the branch manager and he couldn't help me. Never giving wells fargo my business.
