Thankfully, with guidance and assistance from Jake - there is a light at the end of the "working" tunnel (retirement). In addition to helping me, I was able to sway my daughter and soon to be son in law to begin planning their futures. A path to homeownership they can envision. AND, certainly a way better place for retirement since they're starting at 20 and not 40 :)
