- JOJeff ODec 4, 20251.0Keep charging me $5 for cashier's checks when I have had an account since the 90s with them. When asked to wave it they usually do but the ones that don't stare I have to have an old account. Like how old does a 90s account have to be?
- LLLife Is A LaughNov 29, 20251.0Unfortunately I made the choice to make Desert Financial my main bank because now I cannot access my money. As a disable veteran I find it horrific that this bank has not only kept my benefits from me but they refuse to answer the phone. Navy Federal has a dedicated team to handle banking issues even during the weekend, looks like I will be going back to them. Not even 30 days yet and desert financial has already messed up my banking and personal finances. I cant even take legal action because I have no access to my money. Go ahead Desert Financial, call me out so I can show you where you dropped the ball and horrifically destroyed my chances of feeding my children until you idiots open up on monday. Thank you for my service, because Desert Financial has horrible service and banking standards, thank you for making my life worse. Oh and Karli Richards is the one who forgot to mention the pin code information or apparently didnt want to link it or whatever, maybe she should not flirt with male customers in front of their spouses and pay attention to her job. This has been one horrifying experience after another with this bank. P.S. Hopefully Desert Financial responds with the basic "call this number" which doesnt connect to anyone as the only way to talk to anyone who works for Desert Financial one must go into the bank during the four hour time window they are regularly open.

After a nightmare experience with Right Toyota over my 2022 Tacoma lease buyout Athyna was the one person who stepped in and made the process clear, honest, and doable. She took the time to walk me through every step even when the dealership kept throwing obstacles in the way and she never once made me feel brushed off or pressured. Athyna explained things in plain words, kept me updated, and made sure I had the right paperwork lined up with Toyota Financial so I could finalize my buyout fairly. What stood out most was her professionalism and patience. Even after five years of experience she admitted this was one of the most unnecessarily complicated cases she had seen but she never gave up. She went above and beyond to get my loan funded quickly and even helped ensure I got my down payment back. If you need someone who will advocate for you and actually care about getting things right, Athyna is that person! She turned an awful situation into a resolved one, and I’m so grateful for her help!
