- OHOscar HernandezFeb 7, 20241.0Show up in the morning to open an account didn't mention it when I was in there ask them all the information tell me to bring the certain paperwork and that was it soon as I get there they tell me they have to book appointment nobody in the lobby but they're busy I remember back then you come in they were willing to take your money I guess they don't want no money you're too good for it Caucasian guy walks in walks up to the manager they sit him down instead of going through the process what they told me but they told me they had to schedule appointment for me it's like they said it might be the color might be the color of my skin to get treat me like he did

Can't believe it comes down to me, 3 States away ,having to call branch manager. Time to look into filing complaints with the CFPB, Federal Consumer Complaint department and seeing if the FOS will hear their case. Elderly discrimination at its finest. Stay far away from this lender.
