I have been banking with National Bank of AZ with my business for about 5 years and haven’t considered another bank due to customer service and support at this bank.

She kept asking if we had power of attorney for him, which he does NOT NEED. We don’t need his money, he does. He had just suffered 2 strokes in the past six months and is on the road to recovery and needed a little extra time and the CORRECT questions asked of him. She instantly disregard him as incognitive and not understanding of her questions. She was specifically asked to give yes or no questions by HIM, and yet SHE refuse to do so. We (as his friends) were also asked to leave because apparently: “we were just after his money?” We have more than enough of our own thank you. He has been in our care for over six months, with not a penny asked if him because we care for him so much. Kathleen: YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. If your job at a bank requires you to wear a MASK to somebody that needs to READ LIPS, and needs to understand the question you are asking of them; and you are not willing to allow them respect or the dignity to account for THIER OWN MONEY: what kind of customer service are you providing? You made my good friend feel in-superior to you, you should not work with the public. The amount of disrespect we received at this location speaks volumes about your customer service and the lack of empathy YOU have. We are trying to get our friend back on his own feet, and you completely stopped him from doing so. Wanna waste your time and effort: go to this location. I will never do business with this bank again. Can’t believe the level of belittling this branch dishes out.
