- DDDamaris DominguezJan 2, 20261.0I had another bank before this one and they were excellent but I had to refinance my car and a fiend told me it was a good bank. Ever since I opened my account it has been nothing but bad experience and phone calls and of course it goes to the call center never to the actual branch. Since they require you to have full coverage and I did but you have to fax them proof of it about 25 times before the system picks up but you’ve already been charged. I had to argue and didn’t get my money back and then switched ins. same thing happened but my car was totaled on the 15 and insurance was going to pay me out but the bank decided to charge for no ins. on the 19th 🤨. Got to the call center spoke to Rachel and she explained that it would take 4-6 weeks for me to get my money because they had to make sure I had ins. for 3 months and insisted that I email her proof after my ins. claim was closed. Fact is that they will hold your money until who knows when just because they can’t stay on top of their stuff.
